Concierge Security Guards
Our Security Guard will be the first point of contact to greet residents, visitors, staff and stakeholders. Your Concierge guard will create a long lasting positive impression by welcoming guests as they enter the property. Your concierge guard will monitor guest entry/exit, greet guests, detect any suspicious activity, identified anonymous entry, respond to emergencies, monitor parking, control crowd, monitor CCTV cameras. As well, protect the property against theft, vandalism, intruders and deter individuals from engaging in prohibited activities on the premise.
Visitor Screening
Syphon Security Guards will screen visitors to ensure safety of the tenants, staff and stakeholders. Syphon Security Guard will make initial contact with visitors upon entry by greeting them. Followed by recording their name, contact information and purpose of visit. Record of such information will hold visitors accountable for their conduct on the premise during their stay.
Access Control & Surveillance Monitoring
Syphon Security Guards will control and monitor access to the premise in order to detect and deter unauthorized entry/activities. Syphon Security Guard will remain vigilant by constantly monitoring closed circuit television (CCTV).
Foot Patrols
Syphon Security Guards will conduct foot patrols of the interior/exterior of the premise at regularly occurring intervals. This will aid in detection and prevention of vandalism, theft, unauthorized entry, and engagement in prohibited activity on the premise.
